Shipping Policy The following shipping options are available when you check out. Expedited orders placed before 11:00 A.M. CST on a business day will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day.

o 1 Business Day Shipping: $25 per order (unlimited number of items)
o 2 Business Day Shipping: $15 per order (unlimited number of items)
o 3 Business Day Shipping: $7 per order (unlimited number of items)
Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

Return Policy for Online Purchases If you
are not completely satisfied with your purchase, VIA SHOES
LLC (viashoes.com) is pleased to offer the highest standard
of customer service. All unworn merchandise may be returned
in its original package, along with the receipt, for up to
3 months from the date of purchase. Refunds will only be made
in the manner in which the payment was made. Shipping charges
are non-refundable.
Return Your Products. To return a purchase,
login to your Account  .
Review the item you wish to return and then send an email
to returns@viashoes.com. In the email indicate ORDER NUMBER,
ITEM REFERENCE NUMBER and REASON FOR THE RETURN. Our customer
service representatives will review your request and an email
will be sent to you confirming your request for a return.
At that time you will be provided additional instructions
on how to return your item and arrange for pickup or drop
off.
